About The Author
Jane Moffett's work and experience has been women-centred, with a focus on leadership, professional and personal development. She is an executive coach trained at Henley Business School, where she is a faculty member, and a certified Action Learning Coach.
Message from the author
I wrote this book because I couldn't find anything that spoke to women of my generation, that set this life stage in the context of the rest of what might have gone before. I wanted women to feel seen and heard, and not isolated in what might be happening for them right now.
For this reason I have also written notes for book groups (see below), created a downloadable workbook that contains all the self-reflective questions in the book, designed facilitated courses and additional resources, and offer 1:1 coaching.
