Welcome

Our purpose is to engage, retain and increase the performance of returners to the workplace. We do this by working with organisations, employees returning from parental leave, illness, sabbaticals, career breaks and secondments, and their Managers, through 1-1 coaching and group coaching workshops.

Jane Moffett MSc (Distinction), AMAC, ICF ACC, Director, UK

Executive coach and postnatal specialist with over 20 years’ experience of working with new parents during their transition to parenthood, Jane works with organisations in the UK and internationally. An ICF member, lead assessor for the Coaching Centre at Henley Business School and author of ‘Better Conversations at work’ series for BACP journal ‘Workplace'. 

Liz Rushton, ICF PCC, MCIPD, Director, UK

A leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach with over 15 years experience with FTSE 50 organisations.  An ICF member, a Brain Based Coach with the Neuro-Leadership Institute, and a Senior Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning. Liz works with Executives and Teams, helping them to be the best they can be.

Jenny Cridland, MBA, Associate Coach and Mentor, EMCC, FCIPD, UK

 Three decades of business experience and Human Resources  leadership across a range of corporate organisations in the FTSE  50. Trusted advisor to start ups and entrepreneurs leading smaller enterprises focusing on improving productivity and  business growth.  She is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University Management School. 

Ulla Wilner, Associate Coach and Mentor, ICF PCC, Luxembourg

ICF Certified coach (PCC), advisor, facilitator, entrepreneur and political scientist (MSc). Combining 15 years of experience within international business (Hightech, IP, legal) with a passionate interest for supporting the human perspective in the rapidly evolving future of work.  Extensive experience in supporting executives, aspiring leaders and professionals, navigating and responding to change, through coaching, facilitation and advisory. Global experience of coaching across industries, including legal, pharma, consulting, media, army leadership and high-tech. Fluent in Swedish, Norweigan, Danish and English


Sarah Jones, Associate Coach ICF PCC, Germany

Sarah is an executive coach and facilitator with extensive international experience working with individuals and teams. Personable yet professional, she creates a motivating and challenging coaching environment, intuitively knowing when to lead and when to listen.  Simply put, Sarah inspires individuals to find their brilliance, think big and unleash their hidden potential for lasting transformation. 

Richard Strudwick, Associate Coach and Mentor, ILM, UK

Richard is a developmental leadership coach, working with individuals in leadership positions to help them adapt, perform and take proactive steps towards their own stated business and behavioural goals. 

 He coaches executive clients from equity partners at LLPs to head teachers and financial directors. Richard specialises in working with individuals to help them to be more reflective, more efficient and more confident in their personal goals and values. He works with 1:1 clients to help them reduce work-related stress through better work-life balance, create more effective work relationships and generate calm inner confidence. 

Vicky Mariner, Associate Development Specialist, UK

Vicky has 12 years experience supporting new parents with the transition to new parenthood alongside 20 years corporate experience of running workshops and coaching managers and directors to get the best from their teams. CIPD qualified, Vicky has recently implemented a neuroscience based coaching programme for a large multinational company and is presently involved in the governments levelling up agenda, coaching companies on achieving their purpose goals to reduce inequalities in the workplace

Helene Aalling, Associate Coach, ICF PCC, Denmark

Helene has been a professional leadership and team coach since 2004 and has been working with leadership training and 

development since 1993 on a cross nordic level. She is CPCC certified from The Coaches Training Institute in California, as well as ICF PCC  

Helene is an intuitive person, and one of her core competences is to connect with clients on a deeper level. In addition, she uses her

business knowledge combined with human insight and a broad theoretical background. 

Besides my professional work I volunteer as a board member in ICF Denmark and as a coach and mentor coach.

Isabel van der Ven, Associate Coach, EMCC Coach Supervisor, UK

  Originally Dutch, Isabel is an experienced coach, trainer and accredited coaching supervisor and has been working with commercial and non-profit organizations within the UK and Europe for over 10 years. She facilitates individuals to become more effective, confident and successful in finding the right work-life balance.

What started as a personal growth and discovery opportunity to improve her own (work) life, has grown into a mission to help others grow, develop and prosper in their lives and careers 

Shannon Banks, Associate Coach, ICF PCC, UK

 Shannon is a consultant, facilitator and executive coach with extensive experience working with leaders and teams across sectors. Shannon has a passion for social leadership. Prior to her current work, Shannon spent 20 years in the technology industry, including 17 years at Microsoft where she held a variety of global leadership roles across the business and HR. She has won international awards for her work in leadership development and talent management and is a sought-after public speaker 

Dr Jane Duggan - General Practice

Jane has worked in General Practice for over 15 years. Her passion for wellbeing, mental health and women's health along with her natural ability to engage with others, means she is ideally placed to compliment our coaching products with her thorough medical knowledge
