Welcome

Our purpose is to help organisations to engage, retain and increase the performance of their employees, including new parent employees and career returners. We do this by working with employees returning from parental leave, illness, sabbaticals, career breaks and secondments, and their managers, through 1-1 coaching and group coaching workshops. We also guide organisations with helping their employees to leave the workforce in a positive manner.

Mary (Hampshire)

"My sessions with Jane over the past few months have helped me from a panicked flight or fight mode through recognising my abilities, strengthening them, building my resilience and exploring new tools to manage and lead effectively. I feel significantly more confident, happier and secure in knowing I have the tools to manage myself and challenging situations when they arrive."

Anna (London)

"Liz made me feel as ease from the outset as she is very personable and gave a clear explanation of what would be involved in the coaching.  Liz's guidance and patience helped me to acquire the tools required to progress my thinking into actions which in turn have given me confidence and satisfaction."

Dan

“Jane’s calm and professional manner makes it very easy for you to think, and reflect on what’s needed and necessary.  She made it very easy for me to think clearly about what I need to do going forward”
